I’m Kate. I co-run the Northern Rivers Independent Press, a collaborative magazine centering around arts, culture, ecology, and thrill. It’s a place for up-and-coming writers and creatives to share their vision, their words, and the stories that matter to them. I am creator, co-editor-in-chief, and over-protective mother of the publication.

My heart is in storytelling, be it a long-form essay, a short n’ sweet instagram caption, or a blog post. Storytelling is malleable and exciting, no matter the content. It creates an ecosystem, and energy around its focus, be it product, company, or person.
